Frequently Asked Questions

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. Pikondo runs entirely on your device. Your photos never leave your phone and are never sent to any server.

Can I recover photos I deleted?

Yes. Deleted photos are moved to the Recently Deleted album in your Photos app, where they remain for 30 days before being permanently removed. You can restore them from there at any time.

How do I restore a purchase or subscription?

Open Pikondo, go to the Premium screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Pikondo, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Why does Pikondo need access to my photo library?

Photo library access is required to display, analyze, and help you organize your photos. All processing happens on your device — nothing is uploaded or shared.

The app is not detecting duplicates correctly

Duplicate detection uses on-device image analysis and works best after a full library scan. Try opening the Duplicates category and allowing the scan to complete. If the issue persists, please contact us.
